在日本的愛知縣和德島縣有兩個同樣名為三好市的城市。 三好市 (德島縣)：於2006年3月1日由池田町、三野町、山城町、井川町、西祖谷山村、東祖谷山村合併而成，名稱源自合併前的郡名三好郡。 三好市 (愛知縣)：於2010年1月4日由西加茂郡三好町改制而成，但由於改制時德島縣三好市已經成立，且未獲得德島縣三好市的同意，故改使用「三好」的平假名「みよし」做為城市名稱，但中文譯名同樣為「三好市」。
