About 箱根町

箱根町 是位於日本神奈川縣西部的町，隸屬於足柄下郡。轄區坐落在被海拔約1000公尺的山岳包圍的破火山口內側，當地人口則集中在國道138號與小田急箱根鐵道線的周邊地區。箱根町在室町時代後期由後北條氏統治，至江戶時代則成為小田原藩的領地。町內的箱根七湯在江戶時代作為溫泉勝地而開始發展，當地則在明治到大正年間發展成國際上具有高知名度的避暑與度假勝地。二戰結束後，當地的交通路網與觀光設施迅速發展，促使箱根町成為日本全國具代表性的國際觀光旅遊地之一。據統計，2010年至2019年，箱根町每年約有1700萬名以上的遊客到訪。而當地在向外通勤與就學上相當依賴東邊的小田原市。
